First, you'll need to fill out the Reservation/Waitlist Form—it's quick and easy! Once you're approved, just sign the Reservation Agreement and pay the $1,000 reservation fee (don't worry, it goes right toward your puppy's total cost). When we match you with the perfect pup based on what you're looking for, you'll sign the Purchase Agreement. Then, as soon as the little one hits eight weeks old, you'll have 48 hours prior to your pickup or delivery date to pay the rest of the balance. Super straightforward!

We accept reservation fees only for upcoming litters, offering 2 male and 2 female spots per litter. Placement is determined by reservation fee payment order. If no suitable puppy is available in your assigned litter, your reservation will automatically roll over to the next one. If you remain unmatched after all planned litters have been born, you'll have the option to receive a full refund of your reservation fee or continue waiting; opting for a refund will remove you from our waitlist.

The reservation fee is fully refundable until a suitable puppy is offered. We will refund within 30 days if:

• No suitable puppy matching your preferences (sex, coat, color) is available within 6 months. After that, the buyer  can opt to continue waiting or receive a full refund. 

• The reservation is terminated by mutual agreement before a match.description.

We incur real administrative and operational costs, including maintaining a waitlist, evaluating homes, communicating with prospective owners, coordinating puppy selection, recordkeeping, providing guidance on puppy care, sharing photos and videos, and handling logistical coordination.

Declining two suitable matches or not responding within a 48-hour period may result in removal from the waitlist and may result in up to 50% of the reservation fee being retained to help compensate for administrative work. This represents a reasonable estimate of time and expenses and is not intended as a penalty.

Yes. When filling out the Waitlist Form, indicate your interest in the first pick option. The $500 fee will be added to the Reservation Agreement. This fee does not go toward the balance of your puppy. If no one else has already paid for first pick in the upcoming litter, you'll have the opportunity to be the first to select a puppy from that litter. If the puppy you want isn't available, you may transfer your first pick to the next litter if a spot is open—up to six months. Alternatively, you can request a refund at any time after the first failed match.

You can specify:

• Preferred sex

• Preferred color/pattern

• First pick of the litter (adds $500 to the final price)

• When you are wanting to adopt

The reservation fee is $1,000, and is fully credited toward the puppy's final purchase price.

It varies depending on litter size, color/sex preferences, and how many families are ahead on the list. We will give you an honest, realistic update as soon as you join the waitlist so you know what to expect.

You must keep your contact info current and respond to communications within 24 hours—non-response counts as declining. If you decline two suitable matches (based on your preferences) or fail to respond, you'll be removed from the waitlist, and up to 50% of the fee ($500) may be retained to cover the breeder's administrative and operational costs (like waitlist management, home evaluations, puppy selection, photos/videos, and coordination). By signing, you:

• Agree to pay the $1,000 reservation fee.

• Acknowledge the breeder's real costs for admin work.

• Agree to respond within 24 hours.

• Confirm you've read and agree to the policies on our website (including delivery/process and health guarantee at /our-care-promise).

• Confirm you're 18+ and legally competent.
